What to do at the time of delivery?

Check if the packaging is in perfect condition. In case of any non-conformity (for example: packaging with signs of tampering), you should refuse the delivery. camillelabel.pt regrets any inconvenience caused, but these measures must be taken to protect customers from potential fraud.

How to make an exchange or return

If the product is not what was ordered, does not fit, or presents visible defects, you have a period of 15 days from the delivery date to perform an exchange or return at camillelabel.pt.

Exchanges

Exchange via mail If you wish to exchange an item by mail, you must follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the exchange/return form.

  2. Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and packed container (you can use the original camillelabel.pt box), along with a duplicate of the invoice, and send it to our official address.

Note: Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Return via mail If you wish to return an item by mail, the process is the same as an exchange. Please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to return@camillelabel.pt.

  2. Place the item(s) in a properly sealed and packed container (you can use the original camillelabel.pt packaging), along with a duplicate of the invoice, and send it to our official address.

Note: Shipping costs for exchanges/returns are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds, if requested, will be processed using the same payment method used for the order.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

camillelabel.pt accepts exchanges or returns provided that the items:

  • Have not been used or show signs of wear;

  • Have the original label and box;

  • Are in perfect condition for resale, respecting the conditions in which they arrived.

Personal items (e.g., underwear, bikinis, etc.) will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

In case of an exchange or return, only the value of the item(s) is refunded, thus excluding the shipping costs. The refund will be processed via the same payment method used for the order. camillelabel.pt undertakes to refund the customer within 5 business days from the arrival of the returned item at our central warehouses.

After-Sales Service and Warranties

camillelabel.pt undertakes to carry out any necessary repairs through suppliers. Whatever the problem related to the product, it is necessary to send a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate (for watches, glasses, headphones), and the return form along with the goods.

The warranty does not apply (or applies partially) to repairs resulting from misuse or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. We recommend carefully reading the user manual provided with the products.

camillelabel.pt cannot be held responsible if the manufacturer refuses to apply the warranty. Repair quotes not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees. If you agree with the quote, you must make a bank transfer corresponding to the respective repair value.
