Orders and Deliveries

How to Buy?

  • Browse our online store to find your desired product(s);

  • Select the intended size and add the product(s) to your Cart;

  • Once you have all the desired products in your Cart, click on Checkout;

  • You can check out quickly using PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay. Alternatively, you can complete the purchase the traditional way;

  • Log in with your email, Facebook, Google, or Shop Pay if you haven't already. You can also simply enter your email to checkout as a Guest;

  • Choose whether you prefer to pick up at one of our stores or have it shipped to an address of your choice;

  • If you prefer shipping to an address:

    • Fill in the shipping details;

    • Check the shipping method presented based on the address entered (free shipping on purchases over €100 for Mainland Portugal);

    • Optionally, you can add a tax identification number (NIF);

    • Choose your payment method;

    • Fill in the billing address if it differs from the shipping address;

    • Review your order and click Pay Now.

Guest Checkout

Camillelabel.pt also allows guest checkout. In this mode, only the essential data required to process your order will be requested. If you made your purchase as a guest and want to know your order status, you can track it via the email address you provided during the purchase.

Delivery Methods

Camillelabel.pt ships via CTT Expresso in Portugal and uses various partners for international deliveries — UPS and DHL. Every shipment is accompanied by an invoice. Once the order is dispatched from our warehouses, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier. Product deliveries occur on business days only.

As a guideline, without creating a binding obligation for camillelabel.pt and except for product unavailability or other eventual cases of force majeure, goods will be delivered according to the following timeframes:

Home Delivery

  • Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days

  • Madeira and Azores: 2 to 3 business days

  • International Shipping: 3 to 5 business days

Note: Delivery times are indicative and are considered valid as long as there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g., incorrect addresses or force majeure setbacks).

During Sales, Black Friday, Christmas, and other periods with a high volume of orders, processing times may experience slight delays.

Shipping Costs

The shipping fee is added to the price of the purchased products and is calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping is free for orders of €100 or more for Mainland Portugal and Spain. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of €5 will be charged. For the Islands, shipping costs start at €10. Camillelabel.pt is not responsible for customs costs or taxes related to online orders.

Order Tracking

We will send the shipment tracking number via email so you can follow the delivery progress at www.ctt.pt or on the respective partners' websites (for international shipments). You can also check the order status in the "Orders" section of your Customer Area or track it through the email associated with your purchase.

Lost Orders

If you do not receive your order within the timeframes indicated above, you should contact camillelabel.pt customer service. No refunds can be issued during the investigation period; the loss of the package must first be verified and confirmed by the carrier.
